Don’t settle for less than what you desire by overlooking important details! If a home needs massive repairs or landscaping, don’t ignore that.
3) Making a ridiculous offer: This goes along with the second point. Don’t allow yourself to get pulled into a bidding war. The last thing you want to do is to over-bid and pay way too much for what you’re getting. Don’t settle, but also don’t over-extend yourself financially. You don’t have to rush the process. Give yourself time to think over this significant decision. Sometimes you may have to act fast, but most of the time, it’s better to buy a home without any added pressure.
